We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 General Nurse to join A leading Private Hospital Group, with a number of locations in London.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care of the highest standard.
• To practise a patient-focused approach to the care of patients in collaboration with all relevant health professionals.
• Organise the discharge of patients, as well as educate patients and their carers as required.
• Ensure legibility and accuracy of nursing records.
• Practise safely and professionally at all times.

Skills & Experience

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience working in a ward environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload effectively, as well as work independently and as part of a team.
