Are you a Band 7 Speech & Language Therapist with experience of working in rotation with medical/ acute?

We have a locum role based in London. We are looking for a Speech Therapist with experience of working with care of elderly rehabilitation and risk management, complex case management/ palliative. Complex moving and handling. Experience of working in the community preferable, Ability to carry out through holistic assessment. therefore knowledge of medical/nursing needs. Safeguarding awareness.
