The client is a 37 bed private hospital with 2 operating theatres and a minor operations room. We provide a range of inpatient, outpatient and day-case specialties, including orthopaedic, spinal, general surgery, gynaecology and plastic surgery. We also have a dedicated Oncology unit including specialist nurses. Diagnostic and specialist equipment on site includes ultrasound, x-ray and Mammography, including a dedicated MRI and CT scanning unit. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed Clinical Lead to join our fantastic team of staff in our Wards department. As a qualified practitioner with NMC registration you will use your skills and knowledge to work well within a team, adopting a flexible and collaborative approach at all times.
If you are an enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Nurse with proven skills in general nursing you will find a place to thrive. We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our team as Clinical Lead Nurse for the Ward, Pre-assessment and Out-patients. This is a key role within the hospital providing clinical leadership to our nurses and giving direction for the development of clinical services. The successful candidate will become part of a vibrant management team which puts the needs of our patients first, supporting our staff to provide high quality care to our patients.
